Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Fastemy (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your use of our mobile apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of legal age to consent to online services in your country, or have verifiable parental consent where required. You are responsible for all activity under your account and device. Keep credentials secure; do not share, sell, or transfer your account. You may not use another person’s account. If you request access to an account, we may assist only after sufficient proof of ownership. We may suspend or terminate access for actual or suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law.

2) Subscriptions, Trials, and In-App Purchases

Some apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Billing and renewal: Charges are made to your Apple ID payment method. Renewal typically occurs shortly before each period starts. If billing fails, Apple may retry; you remain responsible for unpaid amounts.
  • Manage or cancel: You can change plans or cancel anytime in your Apple subscription settings on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you retain access until then.
  • Free trials: If offered, trials convert to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends in your Apple subscription settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its media services terms.
  • Price changes: Prices, features, and offerings may change. Where required, continued service after a price increase may require your consent; otherwise Apple may notify you of the change and the subscription may renew at the new price.
  • Grace period (if enabled): If payment issues occur and a billing grace period is enabled, you may temporarily retain access while Apple retries billing.
  • Ongoing value: We use auto-renewable subscriptions only where ongoing value is provided over time.

3) Acceptable Use and User Content

Use the Services only in accordance with law. You are responsible for anything you publish, upload, or transmit. Do not: engage in illegal activity; infringe others’ rights; reverse engineer or interfere with non-public areas, systems, or databases; use bots or fake accounts; circumvent access controls; or exceed granted permissions. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts for violations.

4) Intellectual Property

The Services (including apps, sites, content, code, designs, trademarks, and logos) are owned by Fastemy or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on Apple-authorized devices you own or control, only as permitted by these Terms and Apple’s rules. Do not copy, modify, distribute, host, sell, lease, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed. Feedback: You grant Fastemy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use suggestions or feedback without restriction or obligation.

5) Third-Party Services and Communications

Our apps may send communications about your app usage and device interactions to service providers (for example, analytics, crash reporting, payments) so they can provide services to Fastemy. By using the Services, you consent to these communications. Third-party services you access through the Services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

6) Privacy and Children

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Where children’s privacy laws apply (for example, for users under 13 in the United States), we comply with applicable requirements, including providing required notices and obtaining verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing a child’s personal information. You must not falsify age or consent information.

7) Consumer Rights (EU/UK where applicable)

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK and purchase digital content at a distance, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period), subject to statutory exceptions (for example, when you consent to immediate performance or download and acknowledge you lose that right). App Store purchases are administered by Apple under its terms.

8) Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting unless stated otherwise. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. For subscription price changes handled by Apple, Apple’s notice and consent mechanisms apply.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, security beyond industry-standard measures, or the accuracy or availability of third-party content or services.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastemy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for the applicable Service during the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (or the equivalent in your local currency). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

11) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fastemy and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12) App Functionality and Safety

Some features require an internet connection and compatible hardware or OS; performance may vary by device and region. Where an app provides information (for example, education, wellness, or productivity), it is for general informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice. Do not use any app in ways that could distract from activities requiring your full attention or that could cause injury.

13) Beta Features and Updates

We may offer experimental or pre-release features. They are provided as-is, may be modified or discontinued, and may have reduced reliability or security. We may update the apps automatically; updates are part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

14) Export and Sanctions

You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use or export the Services in or to embargoed or restricted countries or persons.

15) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. All disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. If your local law requires otherwise (for example, consumer laws granting you the right to sue in your country of residence), those protections will apply.

16) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

17) Contact

If you have questions about these Terms or the Services, contact us through the in-app support section or the contact details provided in the app listing.
