Fastemy makes quality education fun, fast and accessible. To keep the platform useful and safe, we need rules. These terms apply to all your activities on the Fastemy website and mobile apps.

Our website and apps cause communications about your browsing and app activities and app usage to be sent from you to third parties that provide services to Fastemy. By using our Services, you consent to these communications.

1. Access

You must have a device or an account to access our platform and purchase content. You are responsible for all activities connected with your account or device. To use Fastemy products, you must be of legal age to consent to online services in your country.

You are entirely responsible for your account or device and everything that is in your account, including any damage or loss (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else's account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you that access unless you can provide us with the information we need to prove that the account is yours. 

2. Subscriptions

The subscription services offered by Fastemy, including but not limited to Pro subscriptions, are auto-renewing subscriptions. By subscribing to any of these services, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

The subscription fee for each service will be automatically charged to your provided payment method at the current subscription rate unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You can manage your subscriptions and cancel the auto-renewal feature for any service at any time by accessing your account settings.

Please note that canceling your subscription will not refund any fees already paid, and you will continue to have access to the subscribed service until the end of the current subscription period.

3. Content and Code of Conduct

The Fastemy platform may only be used in accordance with the law. You are responsible for all content you publish on the platform. In case of illegal behavior, we may block your account. 

4. Fastemy's Rights

Fastemy websites, mobile applications, contents, codes, designs belong to us. You are prohibited from using them without permission.

We will be free to use any feedback, opinions or suggestions you share within Fastemy as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

When accessing the Fastemy products, you are prohibited from access, tamper with or use Fastemy's database, systems or non-public areas of the platform using fake accounts and bots to access content or the network

5. Updating these Terms

Fastemy reserves the right to change and/or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments are effective on the day they are posted, unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of Fastemy after the changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of those changes. All revised Terms will supersede all previous Terms.
